Ricardo Peña is a talented, seasoned, versatile and well renowned musician and music instructor. His abilities as a singer, pianist (and keyboardist) and guitarist  as well as his ability to play almost any style of music make him a musician who is in high demand in the studio and on stage both as a sideman, as well as leading his own band. Ricardo has been honored with many awards including  winning the first place band in the 2011 International Blues Challenge as a member of the Lionel Young Band. He is also a very competent and experienced music arranger and producer with more than 30 full length CDs under his name as a producer. 

Milestone, also known as The Ricardo Peña band is composed of some of the best musicians in Colorado. (pronounced "Bo-eh- mee-ohs") is the acoustic version of The Ricardo Peña band which specializes in playing Boleros, Cuban Son, Salsa and other Latin American styles.
